Hey I'm just getting into weight loss and just started my meal plan what calisthenics exercise routines do yall got?

    Since your just starting out, I suggest some body weight work.

    Push Ups

    Air Squats

    Lunges

    Planks

    Stairs or step ups

    High Knees

    Mountain Climbers

    Walking (10,000 steps a day)

    I agree with the suggestion that you do body weight exercises, push ups, sit ups, etc. You may also want to get an incline/decline bench to do some of these at an incline, depending on your starting weight. I couldn't do most of those at first at my starting weight, but could them at an incline, and it is important to be able to do sufficient reps.
