What tools do you use to calculate calories? Are you eyeballing?

I've been on Zepbound for 5 weeks (which is the same med as Mounjaro, just a different label). The 2.5mg starting dose is mainly just to get your body used to the med. Some people do lose on this dose, but there are many that do not, and do not see losses until they titrate up to higher doses. (Lots of examples of this if you look through the posts in the Zepbound community on Reddit)

You said that you're not losing much, which would suggest that you've at least lost something - how much have you actually lost so far?

Random question, why are some people calling this the jab? Is it because you are sticking yourself with a needle? I shudder every time I read it and don’t understand why it’s said or used this way.

That aside, losing 1-2 lbs a week is great results. Track accurately and be patient. It’s a process.

I've been on Zepbound since mid October. I had lost 40 lbs prior through diet & exercise (working with a dietician), then the loss stopped for 6 months, then it started creeping back on & I gained 10 back despite doing everything I had been doing previously. The dietician & my doctor recommended it. Once I started, I've averaged 3 1/2 lbs a month- doing the same calories (higher protein) and exercise. I added more weight training and per my dexascan I put on a pound of muscle, so it's been almost entirely fat loss. But it's been slow, steady & the same amount of effort- the only difference is I'm losing the weight.

I get that some people drop tons - 100 lbs in 6 months, etc. Definitely not my experience.

Everyone is different. I found it has helped but it's not a miracle drug. At least not for me.

"Jab" is the common casual conversation term for an injection in some countries. In the US, probably the common equivalent is "shot".
