Just starting( AGAIN) need help staying on track this time

I have a steam heat track record, blast of enthusiasm but then gradual cooling until there is none at all. Any tips are very welcome.

Make an easier plan, something that requires less willpower, motivation, discipline, radical change, eating restrictions, punitively miserable/intense exercise, etc.?
More manageable tactics can nonetheless create a path to success. As a bonus, they tend to teach us new habits we can use to maintain a healthy weight long term.
In fact, sometimes an easier plan can get a person to goal in less calendar time than an an aggressive plan that causes bouts of deprivation-triggered over-eating, breaks in the action, or even giving up altogether.
The time is going to pass no matter what. The only question is whether we're using that time heading to our goals, or not.
Best wishes!
