Hi everyone,
I'm a 50-year-old IT professional starting my wellness journey. My primary goals are to lose weight, reduce belly fat, improve my sleep, and incorporate more mindfulness into my daily life. Between long hours at the desk and a busy mind, I know it's time to prioritize my health, both physical and mental.
