Hi,

Thought I would give this app a try. Trying to get back not on to a weight loss journey but a new way of life for eating. I’m new to paleo and so far I love the paleo way. It’s easy to remember what you’re allowed and what you shouldn’t really have. My only concern is the amount of calories I eat. I’m so afraid of going over my limit that I hardly eat. And if I do eat I will get tummy aches. I’m trying to lose 100lbs and know it won’t be over night or easy. I have also started to walk just around the block after work before dinner.

So any advice would be welcome.
