im Meg. I’m not new to MFP, but just discovered the community. I haven’t been using it consistently, but just jumped back on, and I’m trying to build some consistency starting July 1. I wear an Apple Watch to track health and fitness. I focused the first 6 months of the year quitting alcohol the next 6 months are for health & fitness. I have 60-70 lbs to lose. I like to eat relatively low carb, mainly cutting out rice, bread, pasta,…. I’m also a big fan of intermittent fasting. I find it easy to do and sustainable…but it’s not for everyone I know. Looking forward to getting involved here a bit more.
