Filling low calorie meals/snacks??

Maybe i am just not very imaginative but i find preparing low calorie healthy meals a challenge.

    your biggest friend will be vegetables! and lean meats

    my top 3 meals:
    stuffed cabbage
    fajitas
    I love tilapia cooked in a little bit of butter and lime juice with mango and avacado on top

    there is a recipe board on here and all sorts of websites and magazines with healthy options, I like cooking light magazine personally

    One of my favorite websites is called Skinny Taste. She has fantastic recipes, most of which are already in the food diary program here on MFP. My entire family has liked everything I have fixed from that website

    Some of my go-to meals:

    Chicken and rice
    Chicken and roasted veggies (400F oven + a little olive oil, garlic salt, & pepper)
    Chicken parm & polenta
    Chicken stuffed with cheese and proscuitto
    Wraps (meat, cheese, avocado, lettuce, etc)
    Turkey meatloaf (I actually use the recipe from skinnytaste)
    Salad and pasta
    Grilled cheese sandwich variations
    Corn bread and chili
    Crockpot meals are your friend - chilli, soups, pulled pork or chicken, etc.
    Breakfast for dinner - Cereal, egg scrambles, egg sandwiches
