How the Hell can I get a refund of my canceled subscription?

I have sent this message several times through your Chat app, which keeps circling back, and also emailed the support address twice, which both bounced back. PLEASE REFUND THE 2ND/UNREQUESTED AUTO-RENEWAL DATED 5/24 ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT AND PLEASE DO NOT AUTO-RENEW ME AGAIN! THIS HAS WASTED 30 MINUTES AND IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING TRYING TO FIX AN ERROR I DID NOT REQUEST.
After receiving an auto-renewal email, I immediately canceled, and after several emails finally received a refund to my credit card. Now another auto-renewal is on my credit card statement, and I have not renewed. Please cancel the auto-renewal and reverse the charge on my credit card, and please do not auto-renew me again. Thank you!
