I have been with mfp for about 3 years at the start I logged, chatted and supported with others everyday for over 2 years and hit my goal weight of 130lb down from 160lb. I gradually I stopped logging and was maintaining well enough. However, over the last while my food habits have really gone down hill and I am currently as 138lb. I want to refocus and get back to a better way of eating my biggest downfall is evening snacks!!! This month seems like a good place to kickstart the focus and logging. Also I am off on holidays at the end of the month so thats a good motivation 😁
