hi, what’s different this time? Why are you having trouble losing weight? Is it hard to stick to your calorie goal?

Hey there! Maybe you’ve set your calorie amount too low? Mine wanted me to set it at 2300, but I changed it to 1900 and only got close to reaching that limit 3 times in the past 2 months. Also, when you get exercise it allows you to eat more! Are you using a fitness tracking device like an Apple Watch? Those type of devices are extremely helpful and really help you utilize this app for maximum benefit. I highly recommend them.
Best way to keep calories low is lots of fresh fruit and raw vegetables/steamed vegetables. In between meals when you’re feeling like you need a snack, drink a glass of water and wait about 20-30 min and the craving may go away, if not try a low calorie snack. My favorite aside from fruit and veggies is Kind Thins bars, packed with whole grains, nuts and (the best part) chocolate! They are low in sodium, zero cholesterol and typically only 90-100 calories!
Good luck! 🍀
