Cholesterol

How can I find out how much cholesterol is in the food I eat? Is there part of the program that shows them?

MFP tracks it, but it will only be accurate if you vet the foods you log to make sure they have accurate cholesterol in the record. Most of the database is crowd-sourced, entered by regular users of MFP, and not all of them are meticulous about accuracy.
You can see cholesterol totals on the Nutrition page in the phone/tablet app, or in Reports on web browser MFP, maybe other places.
One thing to be aware of: Cholesterol in our food doesn't have a direct causative link with blood cholesterol levels in our body. Saturated fat and trans fat intake may have more influence over blood cholesterol, and exercise, genetics, and alcohol consumption may also matter.
