What's the best way to learn about MyFitnessPal?

Hi everyone. This app looks like it's going to be very helpful. Might take some time to learn all about it.

yes, there is a learning curve, but it’s worth it.There’s a board called “MFP academy”. That’s a great place to start.
I made a habit of spending at least 30 minutes a day reading various threads that were applicable to questions or interest I had. I learned a lot. Participation on the boards kept me engaged, curious, and wanting to continue. I’d highly recommend being involved with the boards.
Also, the Success stories board was very motivating, especially the NSVs (non-scale victories), which reminded me other things were changing even if the scale itself was static. I’ve read every single one of the thousands of posts on that thread b
