I am back using MyFitnessPal app. 7 years ago I was 260 pounds (6 ft-7). I was gaining more and more but decided it was time to trim back up. MyFitnessPal helped me lose 40 pounds by tracking what i was eating. It helped immensely. I have kept the weight off but now I’m on a new journey. I have finally stayed consistent weight training every other day and now I am using this to track my protein intake and eat healthy foods so I don’t waste my workouts. What are some high protein dishes I can make to meal prep and bring to work. I do 12 hour shifts so I’m limited on kitchen appliances at work. Any meal prep ideas for healthy protein intake?
