Healthier food & exercise = Success!! (with pics)

Hi there :-)

Although I am still 2 lbs away from my original goal weight, I feel like I should share my results so that it might encourage someone to keep going!!

Start weight: 157
Current weight: 127.6
Overall Inches lost: 20 inches
Height: 5'3"

Here are my progress pics so far to date:

1st is my starting pic
2nd is after I had changed my diet and right before I started 30 Day Shred
3rd is after I completed 30 Day Shred and the start of Ripped in 30
4th is after completing Ripped in 30


I have also gone from not being able to run around the block to completing C25K - competing in my first 5K race, and I am in the process of 10K training now....along with starting NROL4W

The whole message is - Don't give up!! Consistancy is key - and even slow progress is progress!!
