Let’s get back on track

Trying to stay disciplined and consistent in my meals and workouts. I lost 50+ lbs a few years ago but gained some back, so let’s get back to it! If anyone needs advice, or would like to offer any feel free.

I have a similar story. Lost 50 pounds here, but gained back 30. It's so easy to become complacent. I have lost 22 of those 30 so I am very pleased. Being diabetic keeps me mostly honest, though. Everything in moderation is my mantra as well as slow and steady wins the race. I know its hard to be patient, but it took me 10 years to put the weight on...it isn't taking that long to lose it again. Good luck with your efforts!

I have lost 77 lbs but now I seem to lose a few then gain them back the following week, then stick for a couple of weeks and then rinse and repeat - any ideas on how to get it going in the right direction again?

I was on Mojarro around a year ago and I absolutely loved it! Can’t get it anymore and my got me samples of , but it’s really sucking butt. I’m back at the and firing up the grill to grill food instead of getting so much takeout, but dear God, it is exhausting. At one point I had lost close to 60 pounds, but I am back over 320 pounds now.☹️
