I have lost 68 lbs so far and i am ready to lose the other 35 lbs. It has been tough at age 57 to do this but i feel like a new person. Now a diet controlled diabetic and got to stop taking b/p med! I found out i was allergic to wheat so not eating grains or starchy veggies or rice. After I hit my goal I will add small amounts of brown rice and starches veggies back in. I love that most of my plate is fruits and veggies. My energy has skyrocketed. Any recipes would be great. I only use sea salt and non salted herbs and for seasoning.
