This app is easy to use and very effective. My problem is actually logging the meals. When you first start, it can be a little hard to know “how much” and what to actually log as the food. Just do the best you can and log something every time you eat. You will get better at knowing what to log as you do it. Perfection is the enemy of progress.
That being said, I am terribly inconsistent. I’ve always when able to burn enough calories to compensate for bad eating habits. But, as I near 40 yo, those days are coming to an end. Good luck. I’d be happy to help if you have questions as you start this journey.
