Motivation

People often ask what one’s motivation to maintain a health weight/work out is. This picture represents my motivation. Please note the dimensions. My 22 month old granddaughter has this playhouse. I’m 6’2", 205 pounds and in my late 60’s. I’m able to get in this thing with her to play (through the door opening). I’d post a pic with both of us in the playhouse but her parents don’t want her pictures all over the internet. She has a little brother coming late August and I want to be able to do anything with them they want me to.
IMO, your motivation has to be something very strong, not just being able wear a certain outfit for a one time occasion or something else trivial.

Love this!
For me motivation is also in the form of a human in training! My 2 year old son is so active and I want to not only keep up with him, but also be a good role model for him. (Which is hilarious because honestly, he is a better role model for me as he'll actually stop eating when he's no longer hungry)
