I am very lost on recipes & what i can eat

I found that I was dealing with a lot of health issues inflammation & struggling to eat food. I had suspected bread so I started eating stuff with lettuce wrapped around it for about a find out that I was also allergic to lettuce.
i am allergic to:
Yeast! ,oats, barley, cows milk, casein, apples, blueberries, strawberries, lettuce, sweet potatoes, mustard, sea food, fish & turkey.
With this i am at a loss of what to eat. I actually did great at first. I gave up the breads and pastries and all dairy without any troubles.
My issue has come with yeast. I didn't take into consideration that it could be in regular dark tea. It's in vinegar and any fermented food and this is where I had a lot of tears. I could really use some help with ideas and recipes. I have realized I love chicken before because it was either breaded or because I could dip it in hot wing sauce. And my only choice for beef really was A1 steak sauce. I need some help. I've been trying to work with this for almost 2 months now and I'm only eating the same few things over and over. I don't enjoy eggs unless they're boiled or hard poached so that is kind of limiting me too. It's a texture thing I think. I welcome tips and others sharing how they got through this yeast allergy. Any tips of foods to watch for that I wouldn't suspect have yeast also would be appreciated. I was surprised to that lettuce has so very much. This hit me after I had dealt with a lot of stress and menopause. Ty again. Chrissy

Hello Chrissy! Try chia seeds. Also try grounding/earthing. I posted recently about chia seeds and their benefits, including combating inflammation. Grounding/earthing is basically putting bare feet on the grass or soil for 15 minutes at a time (for inflammation and healing). They have documentaries on it, one being called "Down to Earth" along with a lot of other documentaries too. As far as recipes with chicken, maybe couscous… many recipes of chicken plates as well as steak is delicious. There may even be a recipe thread here. I eat pretty bland, but I love cottage cheese, pineapple added, no sugar added chobani yogurt with nuts and cranberries, green juice (recipe is in recipe section here), salads of lettuces that you CAN eat, chicken dishes. You can also try derum wheat pasta (I think that's the one) which is healthier than regular pasta. I believe they eat that in Italy lol.

thank you for the ideas to all that responded. The problem with yeast is a lot of foods and such like regular coffee and regular tea when made have yeast. They somehow develop it thing with vinegar when they're fermented they make a yeast and I believe lemon juice also.
I can't have milk or any type of milk products no matter what it is cow goat whatever they're all a no, and I will check into the other pasta but when I read usually there's some type of yeast included so I will do a little more searching with regards to the ones you suggested thank you. More than anything I guess I'm trying to figure out different recipes because of vinegar seems to be a big issue with my yeast and all lettuce's have yeast. I'm allergic to every lettuce and there are some fruits. They say that actually contain it so that's where I'm struggling.

Can I ask where you got tested and had the allergies confirmed? Super curious since this is such a detailed combination.
