Sure. You can look at some of the threads in the Food and Nutrition or Recipes sections of the Community in which other people give suggestions or post what they eat. You can post your own questions there, if you want something more specific than you see by browsing around. There are also lots of recipes in the MFP blog, here:

    https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/category/meal-planning-recipes/

Also, there you can click on the magnifying glass icon to search for keywords like "lunch" or some ingredient you want to eat or whatever.

All of that works fine in free MFP.

    Best wishes!

easy. I make nutritious dinners, and make sure I have leftovers. They’re equally nutritious and that well.

Today will be leftover chicken tacos for lunch. High protein, relatively low calories.

If I’m making baked chicken, roast, or grilling a steak, since I have the chopping board out already, I’ll prep some of the meat for future lunches by cubing it finely, or slicing into something I can cook quickly and easily.

I brown in a preheated, dry pan (no oil) for a quick wrap or sandwich, and boil water in the pan while I eat. That “lifts” anything stuck to the pan from dry-browning for a quick cleanup.

Taylor farms makes terrific ready made salads or “crunch” vegetable mixes, as well as stir fries. I can brown the chicken, then add one of these to the pan for a fast easy no-oil stir fry.

Their sauces are pretty low cal,

But sometimes I just add a simple honey-ginger balsamic, which is super low cal and tastes better to me.

For dinner last night, I toasted a couple of deli rolls, threw a slice of cheese on them and left them in the oven to bubble up while it cooled. I browned some pre-diced London broil with some toasted onion seasoning.

Voila, a tasty ten minute faux PhillyCheesesteak dinner.
