You please teach me how to follow the remaining calories? I have a goal 1400 calories per day but I see the calculation provides to me even more remaining calories than my goal after my breakfast. I realized it’s because of my activity but then I will never follow my goal 1400 calories. I try to be active and loose my weigh. Can I modify this scale to see my remaining calories despite on my activity?
