Hi guys!! I first started using this app over 10 years ago for weight loss and calorie counting. Things sure have changed!! Lol!

A little bit about me-

I’m currently trying to lose about 15-20 pounds, and get back to my old weight. I work in the lab of a small hospital as a lab assistant, so I can be on my feet all day, or literally counting ceiling tiles in my office. I’m not sure why I’ve gained a little back, but I’ve definitely made some changes!! I’ll be seeing if there are any forums or groups about hormonal weight loss/gain since I was diagnosed with PCOS, Endometriosis, and a severe Vitamin D Deficiency.
