Hey guys

hello everybody my name is Milo I'm 18 and am trying to get in better shape by losing body fat and replacing it with muscle in hopes that it will help me in wrestling this year. This is not my first time trying to improve my physical health I have been trying to do so for around 4.5 years now but I keep failing after only a few weeks due to lack of motivation and discipline especially when it comes to eating clean, part of that can be attributed to me being a rather picky eater and my ADHD which can cause me to make some impulsive decisions. Currently I weigh about 140 lbs and would like to get to 132 by losing as much weight in fat as possible. For a majority of my life I have always wanted to have a good looking physique but one way or another I keep making up excuses to get out of putting in the effort to get one and I am tired of this self destructive behavior so that's why I am putting this out there so that I have no more excuses and now I have to be accountable for my laziness.
