left the office an hour ago. Now waiting in limbo to see what the weather will do. I need to qualify a couple of new hires but I can’t take them out on the range if it’s storming.

The abductor machine. If you want a shelf, I highly recommend.

Has to be cables as u can work every part of ur body with constant resistance with whole exercise 💪

Fave meal is steak and eggs and sparkling water to drink after gym I work out in a fasted state most of the time
