Linking Abbot Libre Sensor with My Fitness Pal using iPhone

Hi, I have managed to get my blood glucose data sent to my Apple Health app on my iPhone using the SweetDream app. My only problem now is that the glucose data from Apple Health is not being seen in My Fitness Pal and I have enabled all permissions and done everything suggested by ChatGPT. I am on the basic plan, but ChatGPT suggests that upgrading would not solve the problem and that My Fitness Pal does not cater to iPhone integration and may only work with Android. Is this information correct. Is there anyway to link my blood glucose level readings to MyFitnessPal. Thanks
