I started my journey at the beginning of May and today reached 2st 9lbs lost 
I have posted some pics because I cannot tell you how chuffed I am that I finally took steps towards my goal! I cant wait to post my goal pics when I get there! Shelby x
Before: 15st 6lbs (216lbs) Dress Size: UK18
Beginning of August: 13st 6lbs (188lbs) Dress Size: UK14
Current Weight: 12st 11lbs (179lbs) Dress Size UK14 although this is looser on me now for sure.
Goal Weight: 10st 10lbs (150lbs)

Firstly thankyou!!, secondly i've just been watching what I eat and going to the gym 2-3 times a week. I have the odd treats now and again and have stopped snacking loads its worked really well for me xx0 -
