App no longer working

Anyone else not able to log to app in via Facebook? I get an error and says I no longer have an account. I can log in on website with no issues using FB but I much prefer using the app. My problem might be that I have an old account from years ago and it’s tied to same email. Therefore if I say I forgot password it ties me to that old account that doesn’t have all my data in it. I already reached out to support on Monday and received a fairly quick response but I assume it’s just a canned response with troubleshooting ideas. Tried them all and let them know nothing worked. I have not heard back again. Frustrating since I pay for premium subscription as well. Anyone have any ideas?
