Why are posts disappearing when Post Reply is entered?

I am the Weigh-In Leader on one of the eight 5% Summer Seasonal Challenge Teams and some members (including myself) are having their post disappear when they hit Post Reply. When hitting Save Draft the post remains, but as soon as Post Reply is entered the entire post disappears. This is happening both on the website and the app (android).

I have cleared my cache and that did not help. This is only happening to some, others can post as usual.

    It looks like your posts are getting caught in our spam filters- likely due to links, or because you're (likely accidentally) using flagged keywords. As @p8m6bwghh9 said, posts that get flagged for review will be restored if they don't break our community guidelines.

    I am a member also..and after I do "post message" , it sends a note saying 'my post will appear after it is approved." Tried twice. using PC.

    Mine just disappeared altogether, when I copied and pasted.

    like a previous post, I received “post will appear after it is approved” in the What song are you listening to right now?thread of the chit-chat category. I am using the app on my iPhone.

    I was able to post a basic text without the copy of a url reply and go back in and edit with a paste that saved the url successfully.

    Hopefully that makes some sort of sense 🤷‍♀️

    @p8m6bwghh9 Great work around. We are not using any URLs in our posts so although we get the same response, it doesn't work for us.

    Some members posts go through and some don't. We are using the same posts we have used for years and 5hey always went through in the past.

    This issue was resolved by Betty after I filled out a support ticket. I did have to send her links to the team and discussions where the issue was being mentioned among members.

    To access MyFitnessPal support, you'll need to submit a support ticket through their website or mobile app. On the website, navigate to the MyFitnessPal help page and click "Submit a Request" at the top right corner. In the mobile app, go to "Help" then tap "Contact Support". You'll then be prompted to provide details about your issue, including your email address, a description of the problem, and any relevant screenshots or error messages.
