Almost 64

I’ve been on this journey for 7 years now and finally have reached my goal weight. I know it will be a roller coaster ride but the trials and errors are worth it. Now id like to work on my muscle mass as my body fat percentage is still higher than I would like. Looking for people around the same age to support.

Congratulations on reaching goal weight: That's wonderful!
Now comes the hard part. 😆 Okay, really just kidding: Maintenance is achievable. I've been maintaining a healthy weight for 9+ years since losing around 50 pounds, and if a hedonistic aging hippie flake like me - a woman with strictly limited willpower/discipline - can do it, I think any normal more sensible adult can. I'm 69 now, so we're close in age, and I'm far from the only person here of our age or any age who's settled into maintenance and stayed in a reasonable weight range for quite a while.
In our demographic, I'd say there are more men than women here whose explicit goal is muscle gain, but there are some women who are very athletically active, lifting weights or doing other strength-challenging things, including some in 50s/60s and maybe beyond. Some of the guys are super helpful to all, too - good dudes, not at all the negative stereotypes of gym bros.
Most of the content and on-topic posts related to muscle gain are in the Gaining Weight and Bodybuilding or Fitness and Exercise parts of the Community, and there's some good stuff there for people of any age, especially in the "Most Helpful Posts" subsection of each.
