Why the app is working well, then suddenly I can't log in after I put a lot of information there. Now I have made a new email and everything is new.

if you’ve made a new email, you’ve set up a new account. So, of course nothing has transferred from the original account. You’d need to log in to that account to see that data.
That’s pretty much standard on every website- unless you went in to the original account and changed your email under your profile settings.
