Coming back after a long time gone!

hi everyone! I am back on this app and in the gym after over 10 years! I am in fine shape, but not getting any younger (!!!) and my body is requiring more to stay fit. Would love any nutrition or workout tips!!! I am currently trying to eat Whole Foods, balance fiber protein fats and carbs, and am slowly getting back into strength training
