Attn: moms of Toddlers! I'd love to connect and hear how you are navigating the challenges of taking care of a little one!
I work full time remotely and have my son full time, as well as a teenager niece/daughter.. it's so hard to prioritize my health, but I need to! Especially to show them how important self care is.. how do you all find balance and routine/habit.
