Hi im Audrey and Im trying to make a difference in my life. I really dont know how to start but im trying to learn😅. Im 98.5kg and Im trying to lose weight to gain my confidence😭 If you have some advices I will really appreciate it❤️

    Hey Audrey u need to be in a calorie deficit . After setting to daily calorie intake eat 500 calories below that . And as long as u burn more calories than u consume I will lose weight . Most of all never give up keep going 😁

    Welcome to MFP.

    If you set “lose .5” or whatever pounds per week in your goal setup the deficit the poster above speaks of is already included.

    If you cut even harder than suggested you risk underfueling, losing too fast, being hungry and binge rebounding. Take it slow and methodically.

    After 6-8 weeks check your overall average trend for that period. If you’re losing at the goal you set, you’re golden.

    Too fast? Add some calories. Too slow? Make sure your weighing and logging are accurate and thorough (and honest) and then adjust from there.
