I've been with my fitness pal for many years now... I think at least 10, back in 2019 I had finally started staying on track and got my health to a great place but with covid and new life changes I got back into old habits and I find myself here 5 years later needing to lose all the weight again and get back into those healthy habits.

Whenever anyone used to ask me how I lost the weight and how I got started I would always tell them it's a mindset thing, that you have to be ready and you'll know when you are. I've been trying to get started for weeks and now I have that feeling again! I'm ready! I stumbled upon some old videos of my weightloss journey in 2019 and it reminded me of what I did to lose the weight and I feel more motivated than ever!
