The report I read said the gun was in the house, but it wasn't part of the altercation -

[Police spokesman Zach] Hudson said a gun was found in the Lake Mary home, but he added that it was not a part of the altercation.

That article says he "pulled a gun" but the actual reports it links to don't say that. It appears the author just misunderstood something.

No where does it say he pulled a gun on anyone, the wife does claim he had his hand on his gun..

Maybe he did, maybe he didn't... his wife did plead guilty to perjury, just sayin'
