How do we add a picture to the comments on posts?

I keep seeing posts where others comment with pictures but when I try it doesn't work

    Second icon from the left in the comment box. If you're using the Android app, we are aware there is an issue that may be preventing that from working- if that's the case, you can visit the forums via your phone's internet browser instead of the app as a workaround and it should work.
