My weight loss has plateaued the past 3 weeks am I not eating enough calories perhaps

I have around 2170 calories as a woman a day I’m very overweight but the past 3 weeks I have lost approx 1-2lb only my calories tend to be on the low side as I am trying to lose weight which I’ve done successfully since last June but now I’ve plateaued . I’m eating around 1,000 ~1,300 a day between 80-110 protein intake I track all my food my exercise is poor due to poor mobility should I do anything diff

    I dont understand if " I have 2170 calories a day" - which is quite possibly your correct allowance if you are very overweight - why you are then eating 1000- 1300 a day.

    How long have you been at a plateau?

    Even if you are very over weight, 1- 2 lb/week is still fine - if you have been losing since last June , ie over a year- the n the rate of loss will slow down as you get closer to goal weight.

    and like everyone, there will be a week here or there when you don't lose any or even gain a bit - that is fine. As long as the overall trend is downward and you are losing most weeks.

    What is your current weight?

    1000-1300 is likely too low. Since we know little about you or your process, I'd say set your Goals here to "lose 1 pound per week." Set your Activity Level here as honestly as you can. Eat what the Goal setup tells you to eat. Don't eat under it by a whole lot.

    What tools are you using to calculate 1000-1300? Is your diary open for us to peek at?
