i want to start the tracy anderson method, and i was wondering, whether anyone has any experience with the tracy anderson method?

    I am doing it, the cardio is hard for me. today i saw the new website with tips. it seems i was doing it wrong and i need new shoes.
    but the cardio is intense. some of the dances not all of them.
    the Mat i am always sore, but i look slimmer and feel slimmer in my clothes.
