Hello everyone I am backing with my Fitness pall again. I failed in the past.

I really would like to lose 25 kilos, I am weighing 80. It mostly for health issue as well.

I have a sweet tooth and I have been eating a lot of sweet stuff at moment.

I am short female 54 and my height is 5.1” my BMI is 35.1 and it is considered obese.

Mostly of my weight is in by down body part.


Does anyone has any idea is the best way of losing weight.
