Posting for the first time

hello there! I’m posting for the first time and would appreciate positive vibes. I’ve come a long way but I’m sure at one point we all have. Whether that point is now for you or a work in progress you’re not alone. The only reason I decided to make a post is because I’m trying really hard to maintain or possibly continue reducing my weight but I’ve been having some setbacks :( my all time hated habit that I had cut for good…🤤🤯🤬midnight snacking and undesirable! Any suggestions?

    I eat enough protein and fiber during the day, especially at dinner, so I’m not hungry late at night.
