Hi. I eat a 1 whole eggplant with egg then 2 scoop of bamboo shoots then 1 scoop of fish boneless then 2 slices of pine apple.

are you asking us how many calories this is?You need to learn to look these foods up, weigh them, and add them to your food diary.
Learning this process will help you track what you’re eating, how much and if you are near your daily calorie goal.

It was very effective for me, but it did take a while to learn. I went from an XXL/ XXXL to a size small, but I had to be very diligent to get there
