I have hypothyroidism and I have struggled for 10 years with my yo-yoing

I did keto last year and it worked I lost almost 30 lbs then I stopped doing keto and almost gained all the weight back. Now I’m not bashing keto I liked it, I felt good but I got bored and I guess burned out from it. I just wanted to eat different things and expand my variety. I just ate the same stuff every day and once in a while I indulged but I guess I just fell off badly. Now I’m just trying to get back on track, not exactly keto but a little less strict and balanced. I want to lose atleast 15-20 pounds

Pretty much any combination of food that's filling enough to stick with, and that adds up to the right calorie level, will generate weight loss. Bonus for health if the food also adds up to overall good nutrition on average.
I lost around 50 pounds 9+ years ago eating balanced macros, close to the MFP default macro percents, and have stayed at a healthy weight since loss. For me, a key was finding a set of enjoyable eating and activity habits I could continue pretty much forever to stay at a healthy weight permanently, without needing constant white-knuckled discipline or willpower. (Those things are not my strengths, to say the least.) FWIW, I'm severely hypothyroid, too (medicated for it).
Keto or low carb are fine, for those they suit. They don't suit me. I ate 150g+ carbs while losing, 225g+ most days now in maintenance. Admittedly, most of those carbs are from veggies, fruits, no sugar added dairy foods, and that sort of thing, but I do eat some more calorie-dense treat foods just for enjoyment. As long as I average around the right calorie intake, my weight stays where I want it - so far, so good for those 9+ years, anyway.
IMO, finding the right personalized set of tactics is a key to success. We all have different preferences, strengths, challenges and lifestyles, so we're each going to need individualized tactics that suit us, too. I'm also a believer that finding an easy weight loss plan is likely to have a higher payoff than searching for a fast weight loss plan. A slow and steady approach lets a person focus on finding those new, practical, positive permanent habits.
It sounds like you're ready to find the right balance in your weight loss routine and your life. That's a good mindset, IMO.
Wishing you success - IME the quality of life improvement is worth the effort it takes to accomplish!
