I am thinking about upgrading to Premium+.
I paid for Premium for the full year in February.
Will I have to pay full price for Premium+?

It depends on where your subscription is managed; if you subscribed to Premium via our website or Android, you'll just be charged the difference. On iOS you'll be given a prorated refund to Premium and re-charged the full amount for Premium+.
