Starting over again

Hi everyone, I’m 51 years old, I have 3 teenage kids, a dog and a full time job. This isn’t my first time trying to lose weight and get healthy.
This time I’m adamant I’m going to make this work. I’m setting small goals and I hope this motivates me.
Over the past two years, I’ve struggled with my mental health and I’m starting to get back on track with that, so now I feel, I might have the energy to focus on eating healthier and exercising a bit.
I’ve at least 2 stone to lose and I feel every pound of it. I’m also perimenopausal which really doesn’t help but isn’t an excuse either.
Wish me luck and hit me with any tips for a woman my age, starting from scratch again!
Thank you in advance for any advice and wisdom ye can give me 💕
