I have been a member here since 2013 off and on. Iii am now back with two goals: 1) lose weight 2) get healthier.


I go on a cruise in 41 days. I am losing bout 1-2 pounds per week so all is good. About 6 weeks so 12 pounds. That would get me under 200 for the e first time in a year.

Our next trip is to Europe in May of 2026. Figuring 4 weeks a month I could potentially lose about 80 more pounds, putting me at my goal weight. I do know as I lose it will become harder to lose weight so if I cut that number in half, then I could be z as bit heavy still but at my lowest weight in 23 years.

Now I do have some health issues and some serious ones they are still trying to figure out. I have a balance issue so use a rollator to walk. I only get about 4000 steps a day. That is up from 500 steps. I probably have tachycardia as my heart rate is too high most of the time. The biggest problem though is I keep blacking out. They don’t think it’s my heart so now I am doing a 3 day EEG. I currently have about 25 electrodes in my heart see if my brain is the problem. Scary stuff.

I am a stress eater, so occasionally go off the rails. Yesterday I had about 5-6000 calories. I gained 4 pounds overnight.but am on track again today with no serious craving to hurt me.

So now you know about me. 5’5”, 209 pounds, small to medium boned. My goal weight is 120-130.
