Haven't been here in a couple years so interested to see what is new. Still trying to make way another 50 pounds or so. I've got nothing but time on my hands. Honestly, don't really have any friends to discuss or do things with, so here we are. Let's see if the community building and fitness accountability friends still exist nowadays. Best to all.

    My 10 year MFP-iversery is coming up at the end of this week.

    Things have changed in the social side of MFP. These days, your best bet for support and online friendship is to start in with one or more of the Community threads devoted to support, accountability, or challenges. Those are most concentrated in the Motivation and Support or Challenges parts of the Community, but there are a few others spread around elsewhere.

    My experience is that participating myself has netted me more support, information, and other helpful things than being passive would.
