Vitamin K tracking for Warfarin users

I am sure this has been suggested already but I have recently had to start taking Warfarin following a heart valve replacement, I agree with a lot of the posts here that Vit K is important and you should continue to use, the important thing is being consistent with amounts. For me, being able to track daily/weekly vit k levels would really help … is there any chance of this being introduced for the thousands of people around the world who take this drug and struggle maintaining safe INR levels each week????

I think the big issue is sourcing the information to record in the first place - vitamin k is not required to be on food labels, so the vast majority of entries in the database simply won't have that information available.
