Hey everyone!
I’m here to get better at tracking my food with a goal of losing some fat and building muscle. I’ve tried a few other apps, but they didn’t have most of the foods I use, so I ended up here.
Fitness-wise, I’d say I am at an intermediate level. I try to run 3 times a week, lift 4–5 days in a Push/Pull/Legs-ish split, and do sports on the weekend.
I’m also a dad of one with another on the way, so juggling workouts and especially diet with my family life is part of the challenge.
I really get inspired seeing others working hard and making progress—so feel free to connect! Let’s keep each other motivated.
