Accountability buddy anyone?

Hey all! I am starting MFP up again after being off of the app for a long hiatus and am getting back into it. I was thinking I might be more successful this time around if I had more of a support system, so I am looking for folks who would be a good support to keep me going. I am around 400 pounds and really just need to lose as much as possible for my health, but my current target is at least 300 pounds and then I can set a new target from there.     I am always looking for accountability people. I find it easier to check in with people and oh yeah I forgot to log that when a message pops up. Feel free to add me as a friend, or anyone else! My goals are actually logging my food, meeting my nutrition goals, and meeting my step count everyday. Good luck on your goals!

    I have been a chronic yoyo dieter and find I need a daily accountability group to stay on track and motivated. I just set one up on here that anyone who wants to can join.     Im in the same situation

    Was on here lost 25 lbs went off fitness pal for 5 months gained it all back plus had a heart attack and now I am 100 % committed to losing weight

    First thing is to check out Dr Livingood on Facebook or you tube. Im 66 and this is the first time I heard anyone make this much sense on our way of eating. Following his sense of food with make you realize you can stay full by eating cleanly

    There is food prep but YOU are worth the work!!
