Not losing weight

I’m on week 2 of this and it seems like the first few days I lost a little and now I’m fluctuating up and down but not further down than those first few days. I’m logging everything and weighing food. I don’t understand why I’m not losing.

Without more information it's hard to tell what you are experiencing. If you are close to goal, 1/2 pound a week is a reasonable weight loss goal. That can easily be masked with water weight or digestion timing differences. Take a look at this thread it has lots of useful information.

Weight loss isn't linear, it's a roller coaster ride all over the place. Here's an example of my last week:
Sat-156.1
Sun-156.7
Mon- 156.3
Tue-157.5
Wed-157.3
Thu- 156.3
Fri-154.8
Up and down all over the place, stayed well under my goal every day eating mostly the same foods for breakfast and lunch every day, but my weight was up and down with no explanation. Yet at the end of the week, dropped 1.3 lbs. Go figure.
Water weight/retention, waste in your system, the moon was in a certain phase… who knows? Just watch the trend over time. If you are truly not moving at all on the scale, two ideas: first, pull the batteries on your scale and reset it. My old one had a memory function and would repeat yesterdays weight over and over. Super frustrating. Second, depending on how long you've been "stuck", you might need to go back and look at your logging. Are you really weighing/measuring everything you eat/drink? 9 times out of 10 when people say they are stuck or not losing it comes back to eating more than they are logging.

chill out, its week 2, its going to go up and down and put the left foot in and shake it all around
Keep at it, sounds like you are doing the right things, weighing and logging foods.
it is never going to be a straight line, it is never going to happen every week. Think longer term.

The bottom line is; if you stick to your plan.. you will lose . Never as fast as you want. Never on schedule or at will. But, if you eat at a deficit.. and mix time into the equation. you will lose weight. Keep with it.. and don't get discouraged. It is easy to get frustrated and justify that nothing works and give up.
Please don't! good luck.
